I love being involved in my church. For most of my adult life, I have lived away from my family, and being involved in church has given me a second family. 

I was saved at a young age and had the privilege of growing up in a Christian home. I attended and graduated from Appalachian Bible College with a degree in Elementary Education. After teaching for a few years, I decided to stay home with my children until they were old enough to attend school. When my youngest started Kindergarten at MACA, God opened up a job in the church office, and I am thankful for the opportunity to serve my church in this way. 

A fun fact about me is that I have lived in 11 different states in my lifetime.
